CorrTech had developed and implemented an infrastructure preservation and maintenance program at a major food manufacturing facility located in the New York Metropolitan area. Production cannot be interrupted at this facility as revenues are dependant upon all infrastructures operating on a continual basis. Down time cannot be tolerated at this location. Among the specific structures and techniques developed by CorrTech at this location are:
Cleaning, inspecting and lining of process water discharge piping. Several hundred feet of piping and several manholes were successfully rehabilitated with 100% solid epoxy material
API 651 and 653 inspections on several fuel storage tanks
Inspection, cleaning and lining of several chemical storage tanks holding acids and caustics
Concrete rehabilitation and lining of chemical storage containment area
Design, installation and maintenance of cathodic protection for newly installed process water discharge piping
CorrTech continues to provide these services at this location. As a result of our efforts, the Owner has achieved compliance with a myriad of State and Federal environmental regulations and continues to operate and generate revenue with no downtime to major infrastructure.
